Amazon.com Review The Bigg Lugg tool holder might be a deceptively simple-looking device, but it's a breakthrough accessory on the job site. Anyone who's ever dropped a cordless drill or a nail gun off the top of a ladder or scaffolding is sure to appreciate the Bigg Lugg's effectiveness. Unlike standard holsters, the Bigg Lugg swivels on your belt, so tools continue to hang down even when you bend over or sit--they don't slip out the way they can with holsters. It also folds flat to your belt when not in use, which helps keep it from hooking or getting caught. The Bigg Lugg clips to any belt, though it fastens most securely to a 2-inch belt (on wide belts, the clasp can't pinch shut). We use ours mainly for cordless drills, but it also works well for nail guns and reciprocating saws. While the Bigg Lugg might not change your life, it will make your workday a lot easier. --Jon Groebner

Not worth the money January 9, 2010 David M. Johnson (CT) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This thing pops of the belt too often. Risk the well-being of your tools everytime you use it.
I was very surprised how well this is constructed, all metal! January 13, 2009 Nickao 1 out of 1 found this review helpful

It looks like it will last a long time. I will post when and if it breaks on me.
Nice Idea - Bad Application May 7, 2007 Victor G. Herington (Huntsville, AL) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
The Bigg Lugg's idea is a good idea, but does not allow the person to get to the gun and get it out of the cradle. Most of the time, the clip comes off with the gun. Not a good product.
Okay in theory March 20, 2007 Serious DIY 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Put on belt and attached nice new nail gun that promptly fell on floor in next 5 minutes - was !#~!~~!! Will not rely on clip again.
Great tool accessory but, it eventually failed March 2, 2007 Chris H. (Eastern PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this hook from Amazon to hold my DeWalt 18volt drill while I finished my basement. It worked as I expected it to for about 6 months but, then one day I heard a big thud as my drill hit the floor. As I picked up my drill, I noticed that the hook itself had broken from the metal belt clip. The coupling between the two is plastic and it looks like it stress fractured right at the 90 degree joint. I can't say that I'm totally surprised because the drill is heavy and I certainly got a lot of use out of the hook which is why I haven't panned it. I'm going to see if Bigg Lugg will replace it but, I'm not holding my breath.
